Twelve years ago, I was in constant hell. 25 pounds heavier and every single bite of food I would put in my mouth would kill my stomach. My body’s eco-system was completely out of whack and I was miserable.
I suddenly realized I was doing this to myself. Eating fake processed foods everyday, not moving my body and drinking too much alcohol does NOT do a body good. If I did not sort this out I would be overweight, in pain and unhealthy. I’ve watched many family members struggle with their weight. I knew what my future held if I did not wake up.
Thankfully your body speaks to you if you are self-aware enough to listen. I decided I was going to learn my body and figure this out. I began to research the questions I was having and was on a quest to heal my system. This experience left me hungry to know more about health and wellness and led me to my calling.

It all comes down to a choice. Either you are going to take care of yourself or you’re not. No judgement either way, it’s your own life to lead. But if at some point you’ve heard a voice in your head telling you that there has to be more to life than the situation you are currently in then DON’T IGNORE THAT!
Treat yourself with respect.
