I started working with Amy Crandall on the recommendation of a friend and quickly experienced gains in balance, strength and speed. Amy took the time to understand where I needed to start and structured the workouts in a fun and motivating way. I have dropped 10lbs and 2 inches off my waist, improved my run times and endurance on the tennis court and feel stronger today at 50 then when I was 40.
