We are proud to present our newest coach, Amy Crandall! Amy has been in and around the fitness industry for years working triple duty as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor as well as a fitness model for quite a few amazing regional and national brands like Bend Athletic and BOSU. She has been featured in fitness magazines as both a guest writer and a fit model.
Amy brings with her the experience and knowledge of what it takes to be a strong healthy woman and just how to create balance in life while maintaining a thriving career. Anyone who has worked with her absolutely raves and we are ecstatic to have her on our team.
