There is a nasty flu in full force right now so I designed a special workout specifically for our Parasympathetic Nervous System. This specific nervous system helps restore our body to a state of calm. We do plenty of hard core workouts; give this one a try when you are feeling worn out in order to promote circulation, energy and calmness.
Childs pose side to side reach :: 10 reps (5 each side) 2 deep breathes each rep
Cat Cow:: 10 reps
High plank to downdog flow:: 10 reps
Overhead reach body weight lunges:: 10 reps each side
