One of the most important things I’ve ever done in my life is learn to SIT STILL.  

We all have a beautiful inner world if we can get past the distraction and feel what our bodies are trying to tell us. Once you are tuned in, the amount of sensation, energy, and answers floating under your skin is wildly insightful. The power of stillness and breathing techniques to rid the body of stagnation will change your game and become the biggest tool in your toolbox.  It’s a non-negotiable in my personal life and also with my clients. Watching and feeling the serenity and peace fall over them after working intentionally on their bodies and minds is such a strong combination.  Challenge yourself to not numb out and to look deep at your inner world.  The beauty on the other side is magical.  Welcome to my meditations.
