ALIGN body + mind is a boutique Pilates studio designed for those seeking more than a workout.

Whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, navigating changes in your body, or simply feeling disconnected from high-intensity workouts, ALIGN is here to support your physical and mental well-being through intentional movement.

 

We’re not just teaching movement — we’re helping you reconnect with your body, move with awareness, and slow down enough to tune in. Every class is designed to support you in accessing what we call the intelligence of the body — the part of you that already knows what you need.

Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful cueing, we guide you to:

With only 6 clients per class, you receive personalized attention, thoughtful cueing, and space to truly focus.

We don’t separate physical and mental health. Each class weaves together Pilates, breath, and moments of stillness to support both.

REFORMER GROUP CLASSES

Our signature small-group classes combine strength, control, and mindful movement using the Pilates Reformer. Expect a full-body experience that challenges you while keeping you connected.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

A fully personalized experience designed around your body, your goals, and your unique movement patterns. Ideal for beginners, injury support, or those wanting deeper attention.

SMALL GROUP SERIES

A consistent, closed-group experience where you commit to a set time each week. Build strength, accountability, and connection within a supportive group.

LIVESTREAM REFORMER CLASS

Join us from home in real time. Perfect for those with a home reformer who want the energy and guidance of a live class.

If you’re new to the studio, we recommend beginning with our Starter Pack.

 

This includes one private session and three group classes, giving you the opportunity to learn the equipment, understand our approach, and ease into your practice with confidence.
